DURRIDGENews

One of the RAD8’s most exciting features is its built-in Wi-Fi connectivity. With Wi-Fi it is possible to monitor and control the RAD8 using a computer running Durridge’s Capture software, and it is also possible upload RAD8 test data to Capture Cloud, and download and install RAD8 firmware updates that increasingly expand the RAD8’s functionality. Some customers have inquired about the possibility of connecting the RAD8 to a wired local area network. Although the RAD8 does not contain an RJ45 port for connecting an ethernet cable, it is nevertheless possible to connect the instrument to a wired network by setting up a local access point. We have prepared an article explaining how to do this. Please read the article here, and explore additional articles on the Application Notes page.
