At Durridge we are very proud that scientists around the world, from Alaska to Antarctica, use the RAD7 in their research on greenhouse gas emissions. Playing a role in the important work of advancing the world's knowledge about climate change makes us at Durridge feel great about working at a company that is helping to make a difference. A special thanks to those scientists who have dedicated themselves to making an impact and saving our world. See research papers at https://durridge.com/support/research-papers/#climatechange.
Durridge conducts most of its research and development at our facility in Sheffield, England which we affectionately refer to as "Durridge UK", or DUK for short. We have a successful research collaboration with the University of Sheffield that goes back many years. Durridge UK is headed by Dr. Stephen Sadler, our Chief Scientist, who is a graduate of the University of Sheffield. Professor Neil Spooner, our Scientific Advisor and Durridge UK Board Member, is Head of Particle Physics at the University.
DURRIDGE Tip
When transporting your RAD7 in the hold of an airplane, make sure to leave the outlet open to the atmosphere to allow the pressure to equalize. This is an important tip for our customers who travel to conduct their research and also for those who ship their RAD7s to us for calibration service. We often receive RAD7s that have sprung a leak en-route to our lab!
We're thrilled to announce the addition of CareTac as our newest sales partner, with responsibility for sales in South Africa and surrounding regions. In addition to sales, CareTac offers in-depth technical support and training for the RAD7 and accessories. Welcome to the Durridge team!
